CCL Aviation provides pilot training, technical services, consultancy, aircrew recruitment and personnel contract management to the global airline industry. Cambridge Communications Limited (CCL), the group head office, was established in 1995 to supply professional personnel and provide consultancy to airlines in the rapidly expanding Asia-Pacific region. CCL is the largest provider of instructor pilots and flight training personnel to the global aviation industry. We are also the largest provider of flight crew to Korean Air, having recruited over 300 captains and first officers for KAL during the last 16 years. CCL currently manages the contracts of 700 pilots and flight instructors for major airlines and OEMs worldwide.

CCL is firmly positioned to play a major role in the expanding global pilot training sector. The world’s two largest airliner manufacturers have estimated a requirement in the order of 500,000 new airline pilots over the next 20 years, in order to meet planned, future aircraft deliveries.

• 2013 - Finalist for ‘Supplier of the Year’ award from Boeing. There are only 14 awards made from 14,000 suppliers to the Boeing Company.
• 2014 – CCL received a Boeing Performance Excellence Award, one of only 119 Boeing suppliers world-wide to receive their highest Gold Level recognition.
• 2015 – CCL again received received a Boeing Performance Excellence Award for the calendar year 2015.
• 2016 - Again, CCL Aviation was a finalist for a ‘Supplier of the Year’ award from The Boeing Company. In addition, CCL received another Boeing Performance Excellence Award.
